CCMP COURSE SUMMARY

This course prepares students to pass the CCMP® Exam, enter the field of Change Management, and utilize proven methodologies on projects in any environment or industry. The course incorporates a case study to highlight the application of CCMP methodologies specific to a project. 

The ultimate goals of this course are for students to gain the CCMP® credential, increase their competitiveness for Change Manager positions, and enhance their ability to positively impact their organizations by applying industry best practices. 

Course is taught through our partnership with Changefit360.  Upon receipt of funding, students will be enrolled into the course. Any course pre work and notifications will be sent from Changefit360 starting two weeks prior to the start date.
